Questions & answers

Good to know

How do I print addresses on envelopes from a spreadsheet?

Export your contacts as CSV (one address per row), paste or upload it, pick the envelope size, and download a PDF with one envelope per page positioned for mailing.

How should my CSV be laid out?

Each row is one envelope, and each column becomes a line of the address, e.g. Name, Street, “City, ST ZIP”. Empty fields are skipped.
