How do I add bleed and crop marks to an image?

What is mirror-edge bleed?
It extends your artwork past the trim by reflecting the edge pixels outward, so there is no white gap if the cut drifts. It works best for photos and patterns; for art with a solid border, use the solid-color fill instead.
How much bleed should I add?
Most print shops want 3 mm (about 0.125 in). The default is 3 mm, and you can change it. Crop marks are drawn at the trim line so the printer knows where to cut.
How does DPI affect the result?
DPI sets the physical print size from your image’s pixels (size = pixels ÷ DPI). 300 DPI is standard for print; lower DPI makes the same image print larger.
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. The bleed and crop marks are added entirely in your browser, your artwork never leaves your device and nothing is sent to a server.
