How it works

Three simple steps

A quick overview before you start, the tool guides you through each step too.

  1. Add your photo

Drop it in, or click to choose. It stays on your computer, nothing is sent anywhere.

  2. Choose a size

Type a size like 500 KB (most email limits are a few MB). Smaller number = smaller file.

  3. Download & attach

Save the smaller photo and attach it to your email. Your original is untouched.

Questions & answers

Good to know

Common questions about size, privacy, and cost.

My photo is too big to email, what do I do?

Add it here and pick a smaller size (for example 500 KB). The tool makes a smaller copy you can attach. Everything happens on your own computer, nothing is uploaded, and there is no app to install.

Will this ruin my original photo?

No. It creates a new, smaller copy and leaves your original exactly as it is.

Is it safe? Does my photo get uploaded?

It is safe, your photo never leaves your browser. There is no upload and no sign-up. You can even turn off your internet after the page loads and it still works.

How small should I make it?

Most email services allow around 20 to 25 MB per message. If you just need it to send, 1 MB or 500 KB is plenty and looks fine on a screen.

Does it cost anything?

No, it is completely free, no signup.
